Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia invites eager individuals for an internship under the PS Talent Development Services Team. You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations and training coordination.

As an intern, you will assist with training room management, induction coordination for non-exempt staff, and day-to-day administrative support, while developing essential professional skills in a global semiconductor leader.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a team player.
• Preferably internship duration of 6 months and above.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.

Responsibilities

• Training Room Management & Training Preparation: Ensure training rooms are maintained in excellent condition. Updating and displaying the weekly training schedule on TV screens. Replenishing required stationery, materials, and supplies to support a smooth training experience for all users.
• Coordination of Induction for Non Exempt: Responsible for the coordination for the non exempt induction in terms of pre, during and post event.
• Administrative Support Update: Support day-to-day administrative task for PS TD team.
