Job summary

Shopper360 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a fixed 4-month contract. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle multiple vacancies, and maintain an updated recruitment tracker, coordinating screening and interviews with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or Psychology, with 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience and familiarity with JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn and HRMS/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Experience using HRMS/ATS systems; Rymnet experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to commit to the full 4-month contract period and commence work within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed recruitment deliverables for assigned vacancies within the contract period.
• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and provide timely weekly reporting.
• Ensure timely candidate screening, interview coordination and stakeholder follow-up.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure complete recruitment documentation.
• Support the fulfilment of approved manpower requirements while maintaining candidate quality and compliance.
