Job summary

Shopper360 Limited is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Region Operations Manager with daily tasks, job descriptions, and candidate sourcing. You will screen, interview, and onboard candidates, ensuring timely hires across projects.

The role requires a Diploma with 1–2 years in Retail/Merchandising/FMCG, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and travel readiness. Mandarin is advantageous and independent work is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• 1–2 years experience in Retail/Merchandising/FMCG is advantageous.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Region Operations Manager with day-to-day operations tasks for projects.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
• Prepare requirement materials and post jobs to appropriate channels.
• Source and recruit candidates via databases, social media, referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and applications before filtering to relevant projects.
• Conduct interviews using reliable tools/methods.
• Assess applicant knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
• Onboard new employees to become integrated.
