Job summary

Sunsuria Bhd is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead talent acquisition, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives in Malaysia. You will partner with Hiring Managers to ensure staffing aligns with budgets and workforce plans, while overseeing onboarding accuracy and continuity.

The role also covers employer branding, campus engagement and recruitment marketing to strengthen Sunsuria’s talent brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR with Talent Acquisition, Engagement and/or Branding experience.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment expertise and collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with vendors.
• Willingness to participate in events outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including posting, sourcing, screening and selection.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to align headcount with budget and workforce plans.
• Oversee onboarding and guide HR Executive to maintain timelines and accuracy.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and gather feedback.
• Support employer branding, campus events and recruitment marketing.
• Manage company career page and LinkedIn content for employer branding.
• Coordinate with HR Operations and external vendors for onboarding and compliance.
