Job summary

UMR Strategic is seeking a proactive HR Executive in Subang Jaya to drive end-to-end talent acquisition while supporting HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with management to attract top talent, enhance onboarding, and coordinate HR administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.

The role offers exposure to recruitment channels, onboarding processes, employee engagement, and compliance tasks within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related HR function.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for communication with vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to documentation, compliance tracking and records management.
• Proactive, owns responsibilities and works well in a team.
• Nice-to-haves: familiarity with JobStreet and Malaysian Employment Act basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers to attract top talent.
• Build relationships with external agencies, universities, and job portals to diversify channels.
• Draft compelling job advertisements and post across platforms.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and act as point of contact for new hires.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance matters, licenses, insurance and fleet-related renewals.
• Maintain accurate HR databases, employee files and personnel documentation.
• Support training initiatives and engagement activities to foster workplace culture.
