• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR-related field.
• Internship period is 3 to 6 months.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Support in initial phone screenings or assessments.
• Maintain recruitment databases and trackers.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and assist with orientation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
