Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable recruitment professional to manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned business departments, including resume screening, candidate evaluation, assessments, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer issuance, and onboarding follow-up.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and creative tools like Photoshop and H5; experience

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned business departments, including resume screening, candidate evaluation, assessments, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer issuance, and onboarding follow-up.
• Understand hiring requirements and maintain close, effective communication with business departments to meet recruitment targets on time.
• Support campus recruitment projects and execute recruitment plans under guidance.
• Plan and implement recruitment delivery and recruitment operations initiatives.
• Monitor, organize, maintain, and analyse recruitment data.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates majoring in Human Resources, Languages, or related fields are preferred.
• Passionate about recruitment, results-oriented, and able to execute tasks effectively, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, H5, and other office or promotional content creation tools. Experience in employer branding is preferred.
