Job summary

KAZE GROUP seeks a Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Damansara. You will identify new business opportunities, meet with clients, present proposals, and promote our Takaful products. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a drive to meet sales targets.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain sales records, and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed guidance to customers. On-site role in Malaysia with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Strong customer relationship management capabilities, with a focus on trust-building and service excellence.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain products clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
• Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about Takaful principles, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
• Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment and collaborating across functions.
• Prior experience in insurance, Takaful, banking, or financial services sales is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promote KAZE GROUP’s Takaful products and services.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations, understand customer needs, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate sales records, meet agreed sales targets, and stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide informed advice to customers.
