Job summary

KL AZWA GROUP is seeking a Takaful Advisor in Kuala Lumpur for a full-time hybrid role. You will engage clients, assess protection needs, and propose suitable Takaful products while maintaining long-term relationships.

You will participate in sales activities, attend training on products and regulatory guidelines, and document client interactions with a focus on ethical, Shariah-compliant advisory practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships and present Takaful solutions clearly.
• Strong client service orientation with active listening, empathy, and responsiveness to client needs.
• Basic understanding of financial planning, risk management, and Takaful concepts (training provided).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented in a performance-driven environment with sales targets.
• Good organizational skills to manage schedules, follow up on leads, and maintain records.
• Comfort with digital tools for communication, online meetings, and documentation to support hybrid work.
