Job summary

KAZE GROUP is seeking a full-time Takaful Agent in Damansara to engage clients, assess protection needs, and explain Shariah-compliant products. The role involves both in-person and online meetings, proposal preparation, and guiding clients through enrollment while building long-term client relationships.

You will participate in training, outreach activities, and collaborate with colleagues to grow the client portfolio, with an emphasis on service, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma level education or equivalent; Takaful or financial services certifications are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust and long-term clients.
• Willingness to deepen knowledge of Shariah-compliant products and financial planning basics.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing both in-person and remote client engagements.
• Proactive, goal-oriented with resilience in sales and openness to coaching.
• Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial; motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
