Job summary

MeHow Medical (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang invites an HR Assistant to support recruitment: post job openings on portals and social media, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews, including walk-ins and new joiner inductions. You will help employer branding by participating in job fairs and creating social media content, and you will collaborate with the HR team on projects and take meeting minutes.

This role requires good communication and organizational skills and offers exposure across the full TA

• Assist in posting job openings on portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications, identifying suitable candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support Direct Labour walk-in interview.
• Support New Joiner Induction Program.
• Collaborate with other HR team members on projects related to HR functions.
