Job summary

Exis Tech Sdn Bhd, a growing manufacturing company in Malaysia, is seeking a Production Engineer (Manufacturing Specialist) to drive cost reduction, monitor production BOM costs, and implement process improvements. The role requires leading a team, training Assembly Specialists, and coordinating product transfer/expansion projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, with 3+ years of experience or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Detect extra cost in production and develop cost-saving improvements.
• Review machine BOM to remove unnecessary costs.
• Monitor and improve current process flow and procedures.
• Create process flow, work instructions, and check sheets for production control.
• Lead and train Assembly Specialists in new or existing methods.
• Learn and implement product transfer/ expansion projects.

Production Engineer (Manufacturing Specialist)

EXIS TECH SDN BHD is in an exciting phase of growth, with the establishment of our second manufacturing facility enhancing our capabilities and operational efficiency. As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our team and inviting motivated individuals to grow with us.

Responsibilities

Detect extra cost used in the production and come up with improvement with cost saving concept.

Detect extra cost in the machine Bill of Material (BOM) and remove the unnecessary cost.

Monitor current process flow and procedure and apply improvement.

Create process flow, work instruction, and check sheet for production control.

Implementation of other job scope assigned by company supervisor.

Train and manage Assembly Specialist in new or existing methods.

Learn and implement product transfer/ expansion projects.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent Engineering fields.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience preferred or fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Good command of English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia written and spoken communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese speaking clients.

Willing to travel.

Able to lead and manage a team of people.
