Job summary

Ouji in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a professional candidate experience.

You will collaborate with hiring managers across multiple functions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers while maintaining recruitment records in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years recruitment experience in FMCG or fast-paced environment preferred; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations).
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment tools preferred.

Requirements:
