• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment in FMCG preferred.
• Hands-on experience managing full recruitment cycle.
• Familiarity with HRIS/RMS is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, agencies, referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare and post job advertisements with accurate descriptions.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on requirements and SOPs.
• Maintain RMS within the HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Improve recruitment processes, SOPs and documentation.
• Monitor budgets and strive for cost-effective hiring.
• Track metrics and prepare hiring reports for management.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and attract quality candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare and post job advertisements while ensuring job descriptions are accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure recruitment requests comply with company SOPs.
• Maintain and update the Recruitment Management System (RMS) within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Review and improve recruitment processes, SOPs, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring practices.
• Track recruitment performance metrics and prepare hiring reports for management.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and other HR projects.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity, preferably in FMCG industry
• Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Familiarity with HRIS and Recruitment Management Systems (RMS) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize multiple hiring assignments, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
