Henkel in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Excellence Lead for South Asia (SEA & ANZ) to shape and execute TA strategies, drive operational excellence, and build scalable capabilities across the region.

You will partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and recruitment teams to elevate hiring experiences, lead an RPO team, and deliver transformational programs that align with business growth and talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience across multinational or complex organizations.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise across functions and levels.
• Proven track record in TA excellence, transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience collaborating on regional or multi-country recruitment projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong English communication, spoken and written, with regional/global stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to translate workforce needs into TA strategies and hiring plans.
• Lead, coach, and support the RPO team to ensure high-quality recruitment delivery across the region.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, processes, tools, and governance aligned with business priorities.
• Lead Talent Acquisition excellence initiatives, including recruiter capability building and tool implementation.
• Champion an exceptional hiring experience for hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to influence hiring decisions and drive outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement using data and insights to implement best practices.
