Confidential Search is seeking a TA Manager to lead talent acquisition strategy across Southeast Asia and the Shared Service Center, overseeing corporate and operational recruitment across the region.

You will drive regional hiring plans, partner with business leaders, and align with global TA goals. The role requires strategic thinking, operational agility, and strong leadership of a regional recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Experience across multiple Southeast Asian markets including corporate and operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead & oversee full-cycle recruitment for corporate and operational roles across SEA.
• Manage Shared Service Center recruitment with workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition to enhance employer branding and processes.
• Provide market insights, analytics, and strategic workforce planning support.
• Lead a regional team of recruiters and sourcing specialists with coaching.
• Manage recruitment budgets, agencies, and vendor partnerships.
• Ensure compliant, efficient processes aligned with global standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing regional TA team.
• Advise business leaders on market insights, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and L&D to support internal mobility and succession planning.
