Job summary

Tapestry South East Asia is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition (3rd Party Associate) on a 1-year contract to drive recruitment operations for the Malaysia Retail business. The role provides end-to-end support across coordinating hiring activities, interviews, onboarding, reporting, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2+ years in TA, with strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within an MNC environment.
• Experience in Recruitment; agency candidates welcome.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven, commercially minded and solution-oriented.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day recruitment activities across Malaysia Retail, including permanent, part-time, seasonal and internship hiring.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports and talent databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Liaise with hiring managers, candidates and external partners to facilitate smooth recruitment processes.
• Prepare regular reports and provide updates on hiring activities and recruitment metrics.
• Maintain and manage talent pipelines and candidate databases to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Provide administrative and operational support across Talent Acquisition activities, including invoice processing, vendor coordination, budget tracking, reporting, and recruitment-related documentation.
• Support employer branding efforts and represent the company as a brand ambassador in the market.
