Tapestry South East Asia is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition (3rd Party Associate) on a 1-year contract to drive recruitment operations for the Malaysia Retail business. About the role
Serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, driving operational excellence across Talent Acquisition processes, coordinating hiring activities, maintaining talent pipelines, and supporting workforce staffing requirements across the Malaysia Retail business
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and support day-to-day recruitment activities across Malaysia Retail, including permanent, part-time, seasonal and internship hiring
Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer documentation and onboarding coordination
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports and talent databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
Liaise with hiring managers, candidates and external partners to facilitate smooth recruitment processes
Prepare regular reports and provide updates on hiring activities and recruitment metrics
Maintain and manage talent pipelines and candidate databases to support ongoing and future hiring needs
Provide administrative and operational support across Talent Acquisition activities, including invoice processing, vendor coordination, budget tracking, reporting, and recruitment-related documentation
Support employer branding efforts and represent the company as a brand ambassador in the market
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within an MNC environment
Some experience in Recruitment; agency candidates are welcome
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
Data-driven, commercially minded and solution-oriented
Experience with Workday is a plus
