Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator and CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Process and manage customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and track inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Support the sales team in developing proposals and presentations.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
