Job summary

TMaker Sales Sdn Bhd in Semenyih, Malaysia is seeking an organised Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator to manage customer enquiries and drive accurate, well-coordinated orders from enquiry to delivery.

You will work closely with the Business Operation Manager and teams across sales, design, purchasing, production, QC, logistics and Accounts to ensure smooth order flow and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, email and telephone.
• Clarify product requirements, quantities, sizes, customisation, budgets and delivery dates.
• Prepare quotations using approved pricing and follow up on customer decisions.
• Help customers understand available options with support from the relevant team.
• Prepare and maintain accurate quotations, sales orders and customer records.
• Check quantities, size breakdowns, colours, artwork references and delivery instructions.
• Record customer changes clearly and communicate them to the relevant teams.
• Keep enquiry status, order progress and follow-up actions up to date.
• Coordinate artwork and sample requests with designers and the relevant teams.
• Obtain and retain customer approvals before releasing work for production.
• Ensure purchasing and production teams receive complete, confirmed order information.
• Monitor progress and raise potential delays or issues early.
• Coordinate with QC and logistics on order readiness and delivery arrangements.
• Keep customers updated on their orders.
• Support payment follow-ups with Accounts.
• Assist with after-sales enquiries, complaints and repeat orders.
