Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry in our systems
• Coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate the timely delivery of products
• Handle customer inquiries and provide fast feedback to client
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, preparing order document and product matrix analysis
• Assist the operation team to improve the workflow and report to supervisor when the task pending
