Job summary

Roche is seeking a T&E Compliance Analyst based in Sunway Pinnacle to safeguard the integrity of financial operations. You will assess employee expense claims against company policies and external regulations, documenting results in Concur and driving continuous improvement across affiliates.

You will collaborate with the RSS Line Manager and global leads, escalating issues when necessary and contributing to training materials and periodic reports on compliance monitoring.

Qualifications

• University degree or above, preferably in business, law, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance reviews, auditing, or implementing compliance programs in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and professional skepticism.
• Able to challenge status quo to drive better outcomes.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess employee expense claims for compliance against policies and regulations.
• Document and track assessments in Concur during claim processing.
• Identify issues and escalate to RSS Line Manager and affiliates with recommended resolutions.
• Contribute to process improvements by updating compliance manuals and return reason coding.
• Collaborate with the global lead and provide solution recommendations; participate in training materials.
• Support periodic reports and training updates on compliance monitoring.
