Responsibilities

• Review employee expense claims against policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead through influence, empathy, and collaboration; mentor team members.
• Collaborate with T&E helpdesk for issue resolution and escalate as needed.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with affiliates and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with other functions to support end-to-end processes and compliance program.
• Identify and propose improvements to enhance process efficiency and quality.
