Job summary

Roche seeks a Regional Lead, T&E Compliance to bridge the T&E Compliance organization with the local affiliate in Malaysia. You will guide compliance reviews of travel and expense submissions, align with policies and regulatory requirements, and support day-to-day operations and reporting.

Leading a team, you will define monitoring protocols, close escalations, plan service delivery, and drive process improvements while fostering development and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in accounting, compliance, finance, or internal audit in a multinational
• Strong interest in compliance; people management/leadership is a plus
• Degree in accounting/commerce and professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Define compliance monitoring protocols and collaborate with Affiliate Compliance teams
• Guide and close escalations, plan and monitor service delivery
• Ensure KPI dashboards and reports support compliance reviews and governance
