Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performing system analysis, documentation, testing, implementation, and user support for platform transitions.
• Maintaining and enhancing computer systems through analysis and implementation.
• Improving systems by adding new features and upgrading infrastructure.
• Installing system updates to address vulnerabilities and strengthen security.
• Developing diagrams and workflows to describe logical operational steps.
• Collaborating with management to drive strategies and implement new processes.
• Investigating system issues and implementing resolutions to reduce downtime.
• Optimizing core processes to improve business performance and operational agility.
• Gathering user requirements and performing gap analysis through design workshops.
• Providing client support for system operation and troubleshooting.
• Identifying root causes of problems and proposing appropriate solutions.
