Job summary

Starhub Ltd in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to translate business needs into scalable solution designs. The role focuses on end-to-end solution design, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives, collaborating across teams to deliver integrated systems.

You will analyze customer journeys, provide technical guidance, and contribute to RFP/RFT responses while supporting the deployment of fit-for-purpose designs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, or related field with 5–7 years of systems analysis experience.
• Strong background in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of mobile and broadband networks, CRM, Billing, Provisioning Systems, Inventory, Delivery, and Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end solution design processes aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Liaise with business users to gather and document requirements and translate them into system designs.
• Support feasibility analysis, integration points, and downstream impacts.
• Prepare solution design artifacts such as IA documents, sequence diagrams, and process flows.
