Job summary

HCK Capital Group is seeking a Senior System Analyst to maintain, optimise and support core business software systems in Kuala Lumpur. You will troubleshoot issues, configure settings and support end users while bridging business requirements with technical delivery.

You will also support IT projects and implement AI-driven solutions to automate processes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering and has at least two years of relevant experience, with strong English and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
At least two years of experience as a System Analyst or similar IT role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and manage user requirements to recommend solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolutions.
Configure system settings and optimise existing applications for performance and usability.
Create user documentation, test scripts and training materials.
Conduct functional testing and support UAT to ensure systems meet requirements.
Coordinate and support multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules and project documentation.
Design, build, test and deploy AI-driven applications based on use-case backlog.
Create integrations connecting AI applications with existing systems and data sources.
