Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact between business users and development/vendor teams.
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Support project delivery, including user acceptance testing and solution validation.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with vendors when necessary.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Assist in identifying opportunities for system enhancements or process automation.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems and processes.
