Job summary

Wincom IT Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to validate ERP system functions and new features before release. You will prepare and execute test cases from system specs and report bugs to developers.

You will retest fixes, perform regression testing, and verify that customer requirements are met. Close collaboration with Project Leaders, Consultants, and Developers is essential to clarify issues and maintain testing records.

• Test ERP system functions and new features before release.
• Prepare and execute test cases based on system specifications and requirements.
• Identify, record, and report system bugs and issues.
• Retest bugs after developers have fixed them.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functions are not affected by new changes.
• Test different scenarios, including normal, abnormal, and boundary cases.
• Verify that the system meets customer requirements and approved specifications.
• Work closely with Project Leaders, Consultants, and Developers to clarify issues.
• Maintain proper testing records and provide testing status updates.
• Support UAT and customer issue verification when required.
• Ensure all assigned testing tasks are completed within the agreed timeline.
