Job Description

As a Software Tester, you will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of web-based applications.

Collaborate with software developers and support teams

Analyse user stories, use cases, and requirements to create comprehensive test plans.

Carry out stress testing, performance testing, functional testing and scalability testing

Maintain detailed logs of test phases, results, and defects, ensuring all issues are properly tracked.

Report, track, and communicate software defects to development teams using issue tracking tools

Conduct testing across multiple environments (web, mobile, etc.) to verify compatibility and performance.

Write and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyses results

Work within project deadlines and coordinate with development and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar QA role, with strong knowledge of both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
• Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HR, payroll, or time management systems is an advantage.
