Job summary

Geekplus is a global leader in mobile robotics technologies, delivering automation solutions for warehouses and supply chains. We seek a System Implementation Manager, EMEA to lead onsite deployment and ensure successful project delivery across regions.

You will coordinate with Product, R&D, and HQ teams, translate customer requirements into practical system solutions, and drive implementation milestones with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years of experience in system implementation, business analysis, solution delivery, software deployment, or technical consulting
Strong product mindset with the ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Hands-on experience with Linux, MySQL, system deployment, integration testing, troubleshooting, and data analysis
Solid testing and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to independently identify root causes and drive solutions
Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, and Project teams
Fluency in spoken and written English is required, Chinese proficiency will be an advantage
Based in Malaysia initially and willing to relocate to Poland for long-term project assignments

Responsibilities

Act as the key onsite contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement clarification, technical discussion, testing, deployment, go-live, and acceptance.
Work closely with customers to understand business needs, operational workflows, and system requirements, and translate them into practical system solutions.
Lead onsite system deployment, configuration, integration, testing, validation, go-live support, and user acceptance activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate closely with internal Product, R&D, and HQ system teams to review technical requirements, resolve implementation issues, and support solution design.
Lead issue analysis and troubleshooting during implementation, working with internal technical teams where required to drive problems to resolution.
Manage implementation plans, project milestones, delivery risks, and quality objectives to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
Collect field feedback and customer requirements, and communicate them to Product and R&D teams to support product improvement and delivery efficiency.
Support continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, and best practices, including the use of AI-enabled tools where applicable.
