Job summary
City-Link Express in Shah Alam is seeking an ICT Applications Support professional. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with MSSQL SSIS/ETL workflow knowledge and strong English skills. You will support EDI requirements, perform tests, train users, and document systems and resolutions. Aware of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and Excel macros responsibilities is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Fresh graduates welcomed.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related ICT field.
- Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and networking preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop/server OS.
- Experience in ICT system integration and end-user support.
- Experience with MSSQL SSIS or ETL tools; translate requirements into scope of work.
- Experience with Excel Macros.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support for customerEDI requirements.
- Offer application support including issue investigation and root-cause analysis.
- Plan and conduct software testing.
- Conduct user trainings for new applications.
- Document implemented systems and resolutions for future reference.
- Provide first-level application support for incoming requests.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
