Pan Asia Software Solutions is seeking a System Analyst to work on-site in Petaling Jaya on a contract basis. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, document functional specs, and ensure solutions meet specifications across the full lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of System Analyst experience in banking or financial services, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Role Description

The System Analyst will work on-site in Petaling Jaya on a contract basis, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional system specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business needs, evaluating existing systems and workflows, and recommending improvements that enhance performance and usability. The role involves collaborating with developers and IT teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to specifications, performing system testing and validation, and supporting troubleshooting activities for system issues. The System Analyst will also prepare clear documentation, participate in user training and support, and help maintain alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.
