Job summary

DKSH Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Specialist SAP Applications - Warehouse Management to design, develop and implement SAP applications within the IT SAP Applications architecture, while delivering high‑level support and maintaining service levels.

You will gather business requirements, translate them into SAP solutions (EWM focus) and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to ensure compliant, scalable warehouse management processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Sound SAP EWM application (functional, business or industry) knowledge and ABAP debugging.
• Experience handling CIF, MFS, POLC, LOSC.
• Knowledge of qRFC Monitors (Inbound and outbound).
• SDLC experience in modules such as MM, SD, WM.
• Good knowledge in SAP integration.
• EDI/IDOC and 3rd party interfaces knowledge.
• Awareness of latest technologies in the domain.
• Experience with automated warehouse technologies.
• Proficient with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in local language and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SAP Applications operations and potentially project-related subjects.
• Develop solutions aligned to SAP Applications architecture and blueprints.
• Adhere to SAP architecture standards and best practices for design and deployment.
• Gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions (technical design, processes, operations).
• Research and evaluate SAP application architecture and new technologies.
• Maintain procedures for SAP application design, development and deployment.
• Share best practices with teams regarding SAP applications processes and policies.
• Support SAP applications issues to achieve high user satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand priorities.
• Work in an agile environment and manage multiple initiatives in parallel.

• Support superior in managing day-to-day support and potentially project

• Provide development within, and alignment to, architectural blueprint designs

  with respect to SAP application architecture standards
• Develop application solution designs that align with the defined SAP
  Applications architecture, standards and processes
• Gather and analyze business requirements; develop appropriate SAP
  application solutions covering technical design, business processes and
  operations
• Research, evaluate SAP application architecture design and new technology,
  recommend where needed
• Maintain and share procedures for SAP application design, development and
  deployment
• Share best practice to other teams related to SAP Applications design,

Functional Skills and Knowledge

Functional skills and knowledge:

• Minimum 5-6 years of SAP EWM implementation experience required.
• Demonstrate sound SAP EWM application (functional, business or industry)
  and technical ABAP knowledge (if any for debugging purposes)
• Have experience in handling CIF, MFS, POLC, LOSC and etc
• Must have knowledge handling qRFC Monitors (Inbound and outbound)
• Demonstrate SAP SDLC experience in any modules (e.g. MM, SD, WM, etc.)
• Demonstrate good knowledge in SAP integration
• Good Knowledge on EDI/IDOC and other 3rd party interfaces.
• Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within
  the specific domain/area of expertise
• Good knowledge or experience in automated warehouse technologies
  solutions
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and
  PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and
  spokenere
