Job summary

ITS Testing Services (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced auditor to perform audits in line with ISO 19011, 17021, 17065 and AB requirements. The role emphasizes competence, teamwork and effective communication across audit cycles.

You will plan and execute audits, maintain records, and support post-audit activities while engaging with clients and teams to ensure timely, professional reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in palm oil sector or 7+ years in other relevant field or 5 years auditing experience in accredited management systems
• Diploma/Degree with IMS/RSPO/MSPO Certification (EMS/QMS/FSMS/RSPO/MSPO) required
• 5 years (post-secondary) or 3 years (tertiary) of relevant work experience in palm oil industry
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and under tight schedule
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed documentation and certificates demonstrating compliance with ISO 19011, 17021, 17065, INTERTEK and AB requirements
• Maintain competence and CPD records for each program
• Receive guidance from Lead Auditor and team leaders and implement feedback
• Sign confidentiality and ethics undertakings
• Carry out audit planning and pre-audit activities
• Receive and prepare audit assignments and plans
• Conduct opening and exit meetings
• Ensure audits are conducted professionally and orderly
• Assist Team Leader in client interface and team meetings and reporting
• Ensure audit reporting is completed on time

Job description

To perform audit duties through optimal use of resources and good practice, maintaining competence and skill in accordance with ISO 19011, 17021, 17065, INTERTEK and AB requirements. The role involves conducting audits with competence, skill, effective teamwork and good communication, as well as performing post-audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full and complete details in the form of documentations and certificates, training records that enable demonstration of compliance with ISO 19011, 17021, 17065, INTERTEK and AB requirements
• Maintain competence and records of CPD for each respective schemes or programs
• Receive guidance and be open-minded to receive advice and feedback from Lead Auditor, team leader and experienced personnel
• Sign Undertaking of Confidentiality, Zero Tolerance, Code of Ethics, etc
• Carry out audit planning and other pre-audit activities
• Receive audit assignments and prepare audit plan and program
• Conduct opening and exit meetings
• Ensure the audit is conducted in an orderly and professional manner
• Assist Team Leader in client interface and conduct team meetings and report preparation as assigned
• Ensure Audit reporting completed on-time

About you

• Post-Secondary education: At least five (5) years of work experience in the oil palm sector OR seven (7) years in other relevant field (e.g. social, environment, occupational health and safety, and quality) OR five (5) years auditing experience in relevant accredited management systems
• Tertiary education: At least three (3) years of work experience in the oil palm sector OR five (5) years in other relevant field (e.g. social, environment, occupational health and safety, and quality) OR three (3) years auditing experience in relevant accredited management systems
• Diploma/Degree holder with IMS/RSPO/MSPO Certification (EMS/QMS/FSMS/RSPO/MSPO)
• At least 5 years (Post-Secondary education) or 3 years (Tertiary education) of relevant work experience in the palm oil industry
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
