Job summary

TÜV SÜD Malaysia is seeking an experienced auditor to conduct CSR and Quality Management System audits across frameworks such as Security C-TPAT, RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI, SMETA and COC. You will ensure timely audit completion and reporting, and help develop audit methodologies to maintain accreditation standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, at least 3 years in social compliance audits, and a Lead Auditor qualification under APSCA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in social compliance audits and quality management service.
• Lead Auditor qualification with APSCA certification is required.
• Lead Auditor in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA; other certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Frequent travel required, especially in ASEAN countries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CSR and Quality Management System audits (Security C-TPAT, RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI, SMETA, COC).
• Ensure timely completion of audits/surveillance and submission of audit reports.
• Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance.
• Interface with other departments on planning, marketing, operations including new product development.
• Maintain audit-related records per company policy.
• Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to audits.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent fields
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in social compliance audits and quality management service
• Lead Auditor qualification with CSCA Certifies from APSCA is required.
• Lead Auditor in RBA VAP & SVAP, BSCI and SMETA, (Other certification would be an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Frequent travel required especially Asean country.
• Able to handle tight situation during audit with good time management.
