Job summary

Intertek in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, analyze sales performance, and engage with sales leaders to close contracts.

You will help forecast marketing trends and assist in budget setting for the coming year, while expanding the network of external cooperation partners and strengthening key accounts.

Job description

Identify sales competency gaps through performance analysis, sales results, and feedback from sales leaders.

Identifying the new business opportunities, Pursuing and capturing the new contracts.

Improve the relationship with the key accounts.

Establishment of network of external cooperation partners

Support development of sales certification or competency programs.

Review of the targets and results with top management and other teams

Review of the year result and proposal of the strategy to improve the company and personal performance based on the target and gap analysis.

Forecasting of marketing trend and assistance of setting up the realistic budget for the coming year.
