Ecolex Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure at our Pulau Indah facility in Malaysia. This role covers preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to ensure safe, high-quality plant operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related experience, is willing to work shifts, and can communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualificações

• The candidate must possess at least a SPM/ O level, Higher Secondary/STPM/ A level/ Pre-U or Diploma level.
• Applicants with Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation background or working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure smooth plant operations while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

To carry out preventive maintenance work as scheduled.

To carry out minor project and improvement work.

Totroubleshoot and carry outbreakdown work.

To carry out calibration and instrumentation servicing work.

To comply with safe working practices as far as maintenance work is concerned.

To carry out other job assigned to from time to time.

Job Requirements:

The candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" level/Pre-U or Diploma level.

Applicantswith Electrical, Mechanicaland Instrumentationbackground or working experience are encouraged to apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

At least 2 - 3years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferablyin the manufacturing industry.

Able to work in shift and long hours when required.

Mature, independent and fast learner.

Highly motivated, self-starter and eager to succeed.
