Job summary

PRO ELEMENT TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated biomedical professional to support our operating theatre customers in Malaysia. You will help healthcare teams understand our products, demonstrate use, and grow our business through hands-on training and case coverage.

The role involves travel, early-morning cases, and occasional work outside regular hours. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Science or a related field.
• Medical device sales, clinical application or operating theatre experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable in an operating theatre environment.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
• A team player who can also work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical cases through equipment preparation and technical product guidance.
• Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training.
• Build relationships with doctors, nurses and hospital teams.
• Develop sales opportunities and follow through to close.
• Join workshops, conferences and new product introductions.
• Work alongside our team to coordinate case coverage and equipment readiness.
