PRO ELEMENT TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated biomedical professional to support our operating theatre customers in Malaysia. You will help healthcare teams understand our products, demonstrate use, and grow our business through hands-on training and case coverage.
The role involves travel, early-morning cases, and occasional work outside regular hours. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Support surgical cases through equipment preparation and technical product guidance.
Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on training.
Build relationships with doctors, nurses and hospital teams.
Develop sales opportunities and follow through to close.
Join workshops, conferences and new product introductions.
Work alongside our team to coordinate case coverage and equipment readiness.
Someone who asks questions, takes initiative and follows through. You enjoy meeting people, learning how things work and getting hands-on.
Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Science or a related field.
Medical device sales, clinical application or operating theatre experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Comfortable in an operating theatre environment.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
A team player who can also work independently and take ownership.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to stay calm when plans change.
Good work habits—punctual, organised, well-prepared and attentive to detail.
