Job summary

Easmed is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to provide on-site advice on surgical equipment usage and to train clinical staff and sales teams. The role requires hands-on support in operating theatres, case management, and travel across Malaysia to support cases.

The candidate will lead on-site guidance, conduct in-service training, and work with regional and local sales teams to develop training materials and competencies, ensuring up-to-date content in the Learning Management Platform.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant medical industry experience
• Must be able to drive/travel within Malaysia
• On-call rotation on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Support surgical cases per product usage with infection control and patient safety as priority
• Attend to customer enquiries with hands-on support for surgical staff
• Coordinate scheduling and management of clinical cases ensuring timely attendance by the Clinical Application Team
• Provide correct advice and professional support in operating theatres and on-call assistance
• Assist in training new sales and clinical staff and assess their familiarity with product features
