Job summary

Ideal Reliance is seeking a Supply Chain Support Advisor to back road transport and bulk fuel delivery operations across Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and India/UAE. The role emphasizes post-delivery activities, delivery confirmation, invoicing readiness, dispute resolution, and KPI monitoring.

Based in Bandar Sunway, Malaysia, the position is a 12‑month contract with working hours 11 am–8 pm, five days a week, to support the India business.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, transport operations, or finance operations preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across countries, cultures, and functions.

Responsibilities

• Confirm customer deliveries and support product reconciliation using relevant supply chain systems and tools.
• Process delivery shipments accurately and on time to enable invoicing.
• Monitor road transport gains and losses and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage customer disputes and quantity adjustments within SLAs.
• Monitor process deviations, quality issues, and operational KPIs, taking corrective action.
• Work with transport contractors, terminals, scheduling, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis, process optimisation, and reduction of non-touchless transactions and operational errors.
• Maintain accurate depot and operational data.
• Support new business scenarios, including new customers, depots, suppliers, and data exchange processes.
• Develop expertise as a system professional/super user and support process and system improvements.
• Assist with training, coaching, and supporting team members.
• Support month-end closing activities and other high-priority operational requirements.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Support Advisorto support road transport and bulk fuel delivery operations acrossThailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and India/UAE.

The role focuses primarily on post-delivery activities, ensuring accurate delivery confirmation, product reconciliation, shipment processing, invoicing readiness, dispute resolution, and operational performance. Over time, the scope may expand to broader Order-to-Delivery activities.

You will work closely with internal teams, transport contractors, terminals, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm customer deliveries and support product reconciliation using relevant supply chain systems and tools.
