Job summary

QL Eco Farm Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee logistics operations and stock control in Raub, Pahang. The role involves coordinating drivers, monitoring delivery performance, and ensuring efficient, cost-effective processes.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Business Management with 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication, and computer skills. Own transport is preferred for Raub work location.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least STPM / Diploma or Degree in Logistic or Business Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience in logistic and manufacturing are an added advantage.
• At least 1-2years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work under pressure.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication, analyticaland negotiation skills.
• Computer-literate and familiar in Microsoft Office applications.
• A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess own transportation and willing to work in Raub, Pahang.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day logistic operations and activities in a cost effective, timely manner.
• Plan, schedule and allocate drivers to respective areas.
• Oversee stock count and maintain inventory to minimize wastage and high holding costs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Accounts and Purchasing to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for Department Head and Management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity across operations.

Supply Chain Supervisor (Logistic & Operation)

· Supervise day to day logistic operations and activities are carried out in a correct, cost effective, and timely manner in alignment with specifications and customer requirements.

· Identify and analysis logistic problems & able to Implementing and developing new solutions on logistics issues.

· To plan, schedule and allocate drivers to respective areas.

· Resolve customer requests, question and complaints.

· Allocate and processes orders and provide delivery information.

· Monitor and improve delivery performances.

· Monitor petrol, TNG usage and Credit Note (CN) status.

· To monitor maintenance and safety of the vehicles.

· Assist monitor legal of transport such as Vehicles Licence, Road Tax, Puspakom and etc.

· To check on driver’s claims, commission and allowance.

· Provide ongoing performance review, guidance and motivation to staff in carrying out their roles and responsibilities.

Oversee day to day at Egg House including delivery and receiving of inventory and maintain an efficient stock control to minimize high stock holding cost and wastage.

To do a forecast of inventory to see what products need to be replenished.

Checking on the receiving accuracy. Matching physical stocks vs. Delivery Note, Invoice upon arrival.

Involve in stock count process at Egg House to ensure stock is well organized and easy to access for stock monitoring.

Coordinate with Operations, Accounts and Purchasing Department to ensure the operations run smoothly.

Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.

To prepare the daily/weekly/monthly report to Department Head and the Management.

Supervision on workers and the operation of every production line.

Monitor and proper arrange for worker’s duty.

Responsible for safety, quality, and productivity of operation.

Report time in time out egg transportation form operation to farm in communication group.

Ensure machine was taking good care and request purchase parts with good reason and monitoring.

Any others duties as deem necessary.

Requirements:
