Job summary

Ninja Van in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Hub Executive to oversee daily delivery operations in Penang. You will track shipments, manage staff including part-timers, and perform hub-level duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include cash handling for COD, coordinating with customer service, and protecting inventory from loss or damage. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork within a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree as required.
• Experience: at least 2 years in logistics/supply chain or related field.
• Preferred: Senior Executive with logistics/supply chain specialization.

• Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.

• Conforms to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System & Halal Assurance System.
• Take care of own and others' safety.
• Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
