Job summary

Tri e Marketing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia (Puchong Jaya) is seeking a detail-driven Logistics Specialist to oversee daily warehouse outbound operations, order fulfilment, and quality control. You will monitor and release incoming sales orders via the ERP system, generate optimized picking lists using FIFO, create courier AWBs, and coordinate dispatch with 3PL providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics or inventory management (1-3 years).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanning technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage fast-paced order queues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and release incoming sales orders across multiple channels via the ERP system.
• Generate optimized picking lists using FIFO inventory rules for accurate SKU retrieval.
• Create courier airway bills (AWBs) and coordinate dispatch schedules with 3PL providers.
• Monitor shipments continuously from dispatch until final arrival.
• Perform pre-shipment quality gate checks to verify item descriptions, quantities, and physical conditions against delivery invoices.
• Capture and log unique serial numbers, IMEI codes, and warranty tags into the ERP database to guarantee outbound traceability.
• Oversee secure packaging and sealing of high-value electronics to prevent transit damage.
• Prepare accurate shipping labels for outstation deliveries.
• Organize outbound staging lanes to maintain smooth, error-free dispatches.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-driven Logistics Specialist to oversee daily warehouse outbound operations, order fulfilment, and quality control.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and release incoming sales orders across multiple channels via the ERP system.

Generate optimized picking lists using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rules for accurate SKU retrieval.

Create courier airway bills (AWBs) and coordinate dispatch schedules with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Monitor shipments continuously from dispatch until final arrival.

Quality Control & Serialization:

Perform pre-shipment quality gate checks to verify item descriptions, quantities, and physical conditions against delivery invoices.

Capture and log unique serial numbers, IMEI codes, and warranty tags into the ERP database to guarantee 100% outbound traceability.

Oversee secure packaging and sealing of high-value electronics to prevent transit damage.

Prepare accurate shipping labels for outstation deliveries.

Organize outbound staging lanes (Local Fleet vs. Outstation Couriers) to maintain smooth, error-free dispatches.

Job Requirements:

Experience: [1-3 years] of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management (experience with consumer electronics is a plus).

Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and barcode scanning technologies.

Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, adherence to quality control standards, and the ability to manage fast-paced order queues.
