Supply Chain Performance & Analytics Executive (Global Support)

Description
- Generate, validate, andanalyze data from SAP and internal systems to support operational and business reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports and KPI dashboards
- Monitor supply chain, logistics, and transportation performance metrics against established targets
- Support vendor performance management activities through reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, service gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement, digitalization, and reporting enhancement initiatives
- Coordinate performance review meetings and follow up on action items with stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure reporting consistency and operational alignment
- Analyze freight and logistics-related costs to support performance and cost optimization efforts

Profile
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or related disciplines
- Approximately 1-3 years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Reporting, Analytics.
- Hands-on SAP experience is required
- Strong experience in performance reporting, KPI monitoring, and data analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful business insights
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SAP TM, or dashboard reporting tools would be advantageous
