You will drive performance reporting, analytics, KPI governance, and vendor performance management across regional and global stakeholders.

This role emphasizes data analysis, SAP-based reporting, and dashboard delivery, with exposure to regional operations and cost optimization initiatives, within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, logistics, business, or analytics.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics, reporting, or analytics.
• Hands-on SAP experience is required.
• Strong Excel and analytics skills with data interpretation ability.

Responsibilities

• Generate, validate, and analyze data from SAP and internal systems for reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor supply chain, logistics, and transport performance metrics against targets.
• Support vendor performance management through reporting and analytics.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Support continuous improvement, digitalization, and reporting enhancements.
• Coordinate performance reviews with stakeholders and follow-ups.

Supply Chain Performance & Analytics Executive (Global Support)

This role sits within a Global Operations Support team and focuses on supply chain performance reporting, analytics, KPI governance, and vendor performance management. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to analyze operational performance, support reporting activities.

Description

• Generate, validate, andanalyze data from SAP and internal systems to support operational and business reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports and KPI dashboards
• Monitor supply chain, logistics, and transportation performance metrics against established targets
• Support vendor performance management activities through reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, service gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Support continuous improvement, digitalization, and reporting enhancement initiatives
• Coordinate performance review meetings and follow up on action items with stakeholders
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure reporting consistency and operational alignment
• Analyze freight and logistics-related costs to support performance and cost optimization efforts

Profile

The Successful Applicant:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Operations, Analytics, or related disciplines
• Approximately 1-3 years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Reporting, Analytics.
• Hands-on SAP experience is required
• Strong experience in performance reporting, KPI monitoring, and data analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful business insights
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SAP TM, or dashboard reporting tools would be advantageous
