Job summary

DTL Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supply Chain Executive (Immediate Hiring) to coordinate end-to-end operations across purchasing, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment in a fast-growing tech environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in related fields, are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic team, with strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems (experience is an advantage).
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin due to communication with China supplier is needed.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eager to learn.
• Team player with a 'can-do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory to ensure optimal product availability.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery or supply issues.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor supplier delivery schedules.
• Analyze inventory reports and recommend stock optimization strategies.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Warehouse teams on product launches and promotions.
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage returns, replacements, and after-sales logistics activities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline processes and strengthen supply chain performance.
