Job summary

Intelek Talent Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced SCM Manager to lead supply chain operations in Malaysia. You will oversee demand and supply planning, order management, logistics, trade compliance and vendor management, working with regional and global teams to ensure cost-effective and compliant operations.

Key responsibilities include driving inventory optimization, supervising the SCM team, managing 3PL providers and regulatory compliance, and implementing process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Shared Services.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning and operations.
• Good understanding of budgeting, logistics and finance.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations.
• SAP SD/MM experience will be an advantage.
• High integrity, professionalism and accountability.
