Job summary

JYG Holding is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee SMT/PCBA manufacturing and manage all departments to meet business objectives. You will coordinate production, engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, finance, HR and admin to ensure efficient operations.

You will set plans, targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement, budgeting and resource optimization to sustain growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple departments.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably SMT / PCBA.
• Strong understanding of overall business operations including manufacturing, finance and people management.
• Proven ability to lead department heads and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• ERP systems experience and knowledge of quality management/continuous improvement is an advantage.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of overall business operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, budgeting, cost control and people management.

Proven ability to lead department heads and manage cross-functional teams.

Strong business judgment, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to develop operational plans, monitor KPIs and drive business performance.

Experience with ERP systems, quality management and continuous improvement is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communication with Mandarin-speaking management and business partners.
